Then the woman gets a sex change,and becomes a man, under California law, then they can't be married right, but then the man turns out to be a Kleinfelter which isn't geneticaly male or female since he is XXY, so then how does California law address this problem? But say the Kleinfelder person gets Fixed so that he looks like a She, does this make it OK? I'm confused..... I've got an idea!
